Each leader has been selected through a participatory and multi-stage process,
and plays a unique role in IFWY’s dynamic ecosystem of dialogue, creativity, and global engagement:

• Catalysts are selected based on the responses of public viewers during the Regional Dialogues,
  alongside their demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  As the driving force behind each Dialogue, Catalysts lead local debates and co-develop
  actionable policy recommendations that reflect the voices of youth in their regions.

• Explorers are chosen through peer voting during the Regional Dialogues in recognition of their creativity and
  commitment to sustainable development and peace. They join the final conference to document, interpret,
  and amplify the journey of IFWY — ensuring that the momentum and message of
  the Forum resonate far beyond the event itself.

• Navigators are elected by their peers at the final conference for their visionary thinking,
  systems-level insight, and ability to connect youth-led initiatives with broader policy agendas.
  They go on to represent IFWY in global and intergenerational fora, serving as ambassadors
  who carry forward the Forum’s messages to the wider world.
